How I Got My Spare Key Back From My Ex with “Updater”

Like virtually everyone who has ever experimented and failed with living with a member of the opposite sex…I don’t like talking to my ex. Contrary to what you may or may not believe about failed relationships…someone’s feeling always get hurt. When all is said and done and it’s time to part ways, one of you keeps the apartment while the other has to forage out on their own leaving un-claimed junkmail and cell phone bills behind to pile up like so many memories of good times long past….not to mention it’s a bitch to get your key back from them.

That’s why I was positively jumping for joy last week when Updater.com launched their mail forwarding service online. I visited the website (which runs about as smoothly as a mayonaise sandwich by the way) and 15 minutes and 2 dollars later every single little late credit card statement and lifetime subscription to cosmo magazine belonging to my former significant other was well on its way to her new place of residence. Check out the video:

After my Updater.com intrigue, I put in a text message to her let her know that she didn’t have to creep into my house using the spare key that she never gave back to me to get her sneaky hands on her September issue of Vogue or her way past due T-Mobile bill anymore…see what a nice guy I am?

This service isn’t only useful to the recently broken hearted. Updater.com is a great resource for just about anyone looking to rid themselves of unwanted mail or forward their essential parcels to a new place of residence. With a minimal amount of energy expended I was able to simply not only my own life, but the life of my ex-girlfriend as well. Imagine a life without junk mail…now keep on imagining…because it simply doesn’t exist. But Updater.com hits it pretty close to the mark.
